Honestly, at first I thought they were over priced. But I was desperate for good travel pants and running out of time. Day 1 in Dublin, Ireland: I’m jet lagged and have a little misstep at a curb. Down I go. Crash hard on my knee. {It gets a tiny bit gross in a minute, so read on at your own discretion. I warned you.} Pants look fine. No tear. Not even a road mark. A few minutes later I tell my husband that I’ve really torn up my leg. He asks what I’m talking about. I told him that I could feel the blood running down my leg. Full road rash on my leg. Pants looked great on the outside. Remember, not even a mark. No blood coming through the pants. Nothing. Got back to the hotel and the inside of the pants looked bad, but rinsed right off with cold water. Water resistant AND blood resistant. Probably shouldn’t put that on the tag/advertisement though. 😉 But I rocked those pants 5 of the 10 days in Ireland. They traveled, hiked, and packed really well. Highly recommend! The price is no longer a concern. Love my Kuhl pants!
