Awesome cook stove and extremely dependable. The Genesis is like the gold standard cook set that all others are compared against. It costs more but you get so much more in durability, adjustability of flame, fuel efficiency etc. Not a hiking cook set but works in all other arenas.

The Perfect Camp Stove

The Genesis system is one of my best kitchen items. I have both the basecamp (2 burner) and the single system. Absolutely never fails, great click to light that lights even in high wind. The flame is extremely sensitive making high heat vs slow boil settings very accurate to cook with. It's small, lightweight and stackable. Highly recommend

Quietly Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the jetboil in our campervan, it’s SO quiet, used to other gas stoves that are noisy, this one is quiet, efficient and easy to use! So happy to have found it!

Great But Wish I Had The Double Burner

Overall the design, fit and finish, and functionality are all to the level you would expect from jetboil. I’ve taken this on numerous trips and have had zero problems. My one piece of feedback from the package is that the wind screen and be finicky to setup and use. Personally I wish I had gone to the double burner version rather than the single. A lot of the meals we cooked could benefit from having 2 burners. Overall great stove!

Awesome As A Stand Alone Or Companion To The Jetboil Genesis Basecamp

It works amazingly, especially as a glamping-style setup, whether as a stand-alone unit or as a companion to the Genesis Basecamp setup. It has solid, consistent heating and even cooking flow. It also has easy ignition.
