Great Size For 1 Person

keeps drinks and snacks cold for a long time, surprised to say the least

Strap Came Unattached

I bought this last year and within a month or so one of the straps started to disconnect from the tote. I brought it back to the store with the receipt but was told to contact Igloo which I did. They do not repair items but offered me several items to replace it. The one that was similar was actually a cooler and not a lunch tote. It is nice but not quiet what I needed. I am glad Igloo offered a replacement but am disappointed it didn't hold up as well as my last igloo tote which lasted 2 years.
