Solid B+ Or A Shaky A-
I had a substantially more expensive cooler (starts with a D) that leaked from the drain plug, no matter how much it was tightened. This cooler was appealing for it's much more reasonable price point, and I was very pleased to see that it is made in the USA. The cost differential is predictably evident in the details, specifically the latches. They seat in pockets on the outer lip of what I believe is the liner, whose edge is poorly finished and unpleasant to touch. I've developed a strategy for opening the latches with less difficulty, but they are not nice to use, and given that they are primary interaction points for the cooler, I wish they had been more considered. The drain plug looks like it will be a much more functional and reliable example, although the wire tether seems like kind of an afterthought. Frankly, I would have preferred to see lower complexity in the shell molds to shift resources to the latches specifically - I have never used a cooler-lid cupholder and doubt I ever will, especially since 2 of those molded into the lid of this one appear to be sized for coffee cans, and all of them are a little shallow. All that said, I have to say that overall, I am pleased with the purchase - I applaud Igloo for producing this cooler domestically and have little doubt about it's performance or longevity.

Best Adult Beverage Holder For You Buck!
Got this a little before Father’s Day. It held all the adult beverages I needed and 2 large bags of sonic ice! 4 days later it’s still holding ice!

I bought this for Father’s Day June 24 and only used a couple times. The ice chest was stored in my closet when not in use. The rubber cinch handles have now broken

Don’t Believe The Marketing Hype!
Bought this cooler with high hopes of it keeping ice from melting for at least the day. It is advertised to keep it cool for days. Well on our recent track day, I filled the cooler up at 7am and by 9am all the ice had melted. I’m very disappointed! I figured it would be a better cooler than the competition cause it’s American made…. I’ll be returning it to by a cooler that actually works!

Beware Of The Lid!
This has a lot of potential! But one major flaw, like I’ve seen others say, you open the lid just slightly wrong and those screws come out! It’s ridiculous for the price we pay for this cooler and you get the shortest cheapest screw possible!

Great Potential With One Major Design Flaw.
Bought this cooler last year for my husband for Father’s Day. It was great and kept the ice for a few days depending on how often it was opened. About 6 months in and the lid was opened and with the wind, it snapped back a little too far and the screws came out. You can’t screw them back in because the holes where they go are stripped and too large for the screws. Looking at it, the screws were less than half an inch with no additional Reinforcement. We’ve tried using it by just setting it on top but it doesn’t keep things as cool plus you have to physically remove the top and hold it because it’s connected to the bottom by a line.

Yeti Who?
Amazing! We will still have ice after 5 days! Perfect for all of our tailgating- at least 15 shows in the summer- and road tripping! Almost exactly same specs as Yeti for a half full cooler but less expensive. It’s ultra durable & leakproof too.

Keeps Things Cool
I was very surprised for a cooler to still have ice in it at least 3-4 days later. I filled it Saturday with drinks and ice and I couldn’t get back to it for a few days. When I opened it still had ice in it after 3 days m, it didn’t start turning to water until day 4 or .
