Really soft, temperature regulating. Worn on a long flight. Airplane cold and I stayed warm. But when I arrived, the temperature was 80 and I was still comfortable. Love the softness.

This is the perfect, light weight long sleeve for hiking. Purchased it for a trip to Peru.

The fit of this shirt is great, material is comfortable, and I like that I can wear it for a long run or for work when paired with an undershirt as it is a bit see through on its own.

I bought this shirt as a replacement for a scoop neck shirt that arrived damaged. I really liked the scoop neck, so I started out disappointed that I couldn't get another one. This shirt is also thinner at a 175 rating versus the 200 rated scoop neck shirt it replaced. The color of my bra does show through this, so I will not be able to wear it as a standalone shirt, but, it will suffice as a light base layer. The quality and feel of the merino is quite nice. I am a fan of Icebreaker. I have 3 heavier weight shirts and a pair of base layer leggings that I love.

I've been wearing this shirt for running and for lounging and it's been great! Love that it's odorless even after a sweaty run and dries quickly. Plus it's versatile enough to wear for work meetings.

These are the best lightweight underlayers for work, play, walking/hiking and adding comfort to your indoor and outdoor activities. Highly recommend and easy care. Thanks icebreaker!!

My wife loves her long sleeve, not too thick, tops. Every Christmas she always asks me to get her one as a present. Icebreaker is her favorite. She has a few already in different colors. It fits her perfectly.

It's a great layer for winter in Atlanta--or Mexico! And my daughter in NYC just stole this from me, so I guess it's beloved there too.

I've always loved this series of 100% merino crew tops, because they are softer and slightly fluffy compared to the others. Lightweight, comfortable, warming. This color, Glass, is a different pop of color - a cool toned light green, very nice (web photo is accurate color on my screen) and is good on its own spring summer and fall, and as a base layer in winter. I generally buy a size larger as I like a wider neckline and some roominess.

I love this long sleeve for the wintertime. I fits so comfortably and goes with everything. I had previously ordered a medium, because I wanted it to be loose but it wasn't necessary since the fit is already generous so this time I order a small and it's perfect.

I have about 6 or 7 icebreaker long sleeve baselayer shirts in multiple thicknesses and colors (bright red, black, dark purple and dusty pink, 175 & 200), none of them have ever showed sweat stains except this one. I found it super disappointing - not sure if it's because it's on the thinner side at 175? I wouldn't expect a dark green color to show sweat stains but this shirt does all the time. By the way - I don't sweat very much either!! So it's very strange. I've been a customer for 10 years and just hope the quality of the material isn't changing...

This base layer is awesome! I live near Shenandoah National Park and hike year round. This layer works well for me as a stand alone without a jacket when worn over a short sleeve layer. This works for fall and spring hiking around here. I add a jacket in the winter. I think it is very comfortable and a great weight. It washes well (I hang dry). I would love to see it in a fun color like deep purple. Don't stop making this Icebreaker!

I love the color, the fit and the weight of the fabric. However, I find that it STINKS after just one day of moderately active work. I'm a physical therapist and I have to be close to my patients, so it's a dealbreaker for me unfortunately. If odor control is important to you, I recommend finding a product that doesn't have the synthetic blends, as you will may stink it up.

I am a nurse on school buses in the early morning. They are very cold in Buffalo, NY. The warm long John’s and 2-3 other layers and hoodies, scarves, gloves, boots all help.

This is a great, lightweight, wool shirt. The color was a bit off as I expected it to be white, like the picture, but it is off-white, creamy. I have worn this under the wonderful Patagonia wool shirts. Great product.
