Love Hydroflask

Quick communication with the people at Hydro Flask. The lid on my Flask leaked and they were quick to replace it. HOWEVER it was replaced with the wrong lid (the Wide Mouth Flex Straw Cap). I spoke to someone about it and they apologized and asked which lid I wanted so another lid could be sent out. I asked for the Wide Mouth Flex Sip lid-the sip, twist and go one. What I received was the Wide Mouth Flex Cap, another wrong one ! The products are great…I just want the one I asked for. The Wide Mouth Flex SIP Lid. I’m hoping that a third try will bring me the correct lid. Thanks Bobbi Sandborn

Good Flow

Great cap, annoying that i cant tell which side to flip the straw without looking at it but that's really just user error
