Don’t Love It

Stick with the original cap. The O-Ring doesn’t stay in the lid very well, and the retractable straw doesn’t lock into place, if it’s not perfectly extended no water flows through. Just doesn’t fit the quality of the actual bottles, which are fantastic.

I took my cup overseas to Germany for 10 days. It had a lovely time there. Upon cleaning,I lost the rubber seal insert on the lid and the company directly sent me a new lid for my cup. I’m very pleased with their service and the cup itself.
