Disappointed

I’m sad, this is my second hydro and the fist was amazing! This one just doesn’t seem to keep my water cold like the other one did.

Cold Water Essential

This will keep my water cold on my fly fishing trip through the Gunnison Canyon River in April.

My New Hydro Flask

It’s a wonderful product and I’m confident that it won’t be stolen because I put my name in it. I would really like you to make a yellow Hydro Flask. The color of a yellow crayon.

Flex Straw On Last Two (Including This One) Tends To Flop Backwards As You Drink, Spilling Water All Over Yourself

The title says it all. You guys need to fix the way the flex straw is settled into its holder of the top. It used to be nice and stiff, staying fully “extended” towards the mouth as you drank. Now it flops backwards to try to close itself as you drink, and water goes everywhere. I have 4 of these: I have POTS and drinking 2 32-oz bottles of water with electrolytes literally KEEPS ME ALIVE. Please try to make the tops the way they were a few years ago, aka, actually working right. I spend the day drinking two bottles and trying to talk to a customer while dripping with water really isn’t conducive to making sales in my bookstore. .
