My husband and I both have these gloves and they are the best. I’ve had mine for 2 years and he has had his for 2 months. Keeps my hands warm above 15 degrees I haven’t used them in a colder day then that. I have Raynaud's and these are great with a thin liner so my hands are covered at all times

Fit great and are comfortable. They look steezy out on the slopes. Only downside is when i wore them on a sorta rainy day which they do not fair too well in that sort of condition. Other then that I love them

I bought these gloves hoping for excellent warmth and improved dexterity, and they are good, but not great. The dexterity is good, but the warmth is not very good. I will probably only wear these on days with temps no less than 30 F to do stuff outside. Probably would have returned them, but I had already treated them with the Hestra lotion that comes with them. They do seem to be well built, I do give credit for that, just not that warm so will probably add a liner.

This is my second pair of the Hestra fall line gloves. They stand up to the test on the coldest of days and provide versatility with the pointer finger.

Great dexterity and look. Not sure why I didn’t buy them sooner. Wasn’t sure I was gonna like a mitten but the trigger finger mitten was perfect for me

Bought this a month ago, and even on a -17degree day in Canada it was super warm. But after using it ~7 times in deep powder skiing, cracks and little tears are already developing in the palms. Will continue to add the waterproofing/wax to try to keep them lasting but the leather seems to be a little too thin in parts of the palms. If you are a pretty casual skier then these should last longer. Would still be ok recommending if you are looking for a super warm glove and ok being conscientious of how thin the leather palm portion is.

Superb quality, warm as can be, and keeps you dry. Three members of our family now own these gloves and they have yet to steer us wrong. The last thing you want to deal with on your ski day is cold, wet hands. This is an investment well worth your hard-earned dollars.

I went with the best of the best to keep my hands warm. Full mittens don’t work because I backcountry ski and am constantly adjusting bindings and taking skins off and on. I have taken these out in the cold teens with wind and they do little to block wind. I had to ball my fingers up to get them warmer. Then on a non windy climb up my hands started sweating. So they are warm when there is no wind. I like the replacement liners that you can get when the current ones pack out instead of buying an entire pair of gloves. They look beautiful, but my son touched them with a wet hand (just water) and stained them the second I got them out of the box, so unable to return. That being said, I decided to apply the provided wax sealer, but it was only enough for one glove. Had to purchase some snow seal to cover both.

Hestra makes the warmest, sturdiest, best cold weather gloves I’ve ever worn. Doubt I’ll ever buy a pair from another maker. These are truly outstanding in every way but one, and that may be a personal preference. They are remarkably warm, with a nice curvature for a solid grip. They are constructed beautifully, and I’m sure they will last as many or more years as I’ve gotten out of other Hestra gloves, I still wear and love. My only complaint, what I have not had with the Hestra Army, is that they are seriously tight to get on. Once on, they are comfortable, secure, perfect. But getting them on, particularly if your hands are at all moist, or you have perspired with the gloves on, taken off the gloves, and then try to get the gloves back on, it is a serious struggle. My recommendation, therefore, is to consider buying one size larger. Unfortunately, that’s not an option for me as I wear the largest size they make. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is why I docked the review one star. I still love the gloves, still wear the gloves, just know that getting them on with perspiring hands is a bit of a challenge.

Hester is the best. 10 years ago or yesterday. They truly understood what is needed on the mountain day after day. Durable and warm! Thank you Hester!

Purchased these for an upcoming Jan Denver trip (colder than a March Denver trip) Will update it after returning. So far seems like a nice well-made glove. Leather is soft and flexible. I used the scale to pick the size and although eh circumference meant the glove fit well, it was a little short for my fingers by a few mm, not much but noticeable. The liner is nice and seems to be able to be removed and washed separately (velcroed inside) the wrist strap is thinner than the TNF one I had before. Overall seems like a great option. Kids hate the three-finger look but I think it's the best of both worlds. Warmer like a mitt on the last three fingers without giving up on the dexterity of a thumb and index finger to grab things.
