Lightweight (Kinda!) And Great Design!

I spent a lot of time researching, reading reviews, and looking at this cot and it's competitor. I'm a lightweight backpacker, but was intrigued by the idea of sleeping better in the backcountry. This cot is easier to assemble then some of the reviews stated, but the issue I had is that for those of us using slanted wall tents (I.e. pyramid tents), the cot's elevation means your face is close to the tent wall, and more condensation as a result. Also, you MUST be on a flat surface; my first night I kept sliding down with my sleeping bag, as my site was on a slight decline. Four stars because the company makes great chairs ( I have one), but some notice in their listing of better results with tents with more perpendicular walls would be helpful. I decided to return the cot, as for the weight and utility, it's simply not practical for me to use and frankly, is beyond a " luxury item!"
