Good Bike

The bike did not shift smoothly. I had to take time to set it up correctly. Now that it's setup the bike is awesome and shifts great.

Setup And Brakes Were Lacking A Lot To Be Desired

When I picked up my bike almost nothing was tightened down properly even though I called ahead to confirm it was ready for pick up. The brakes on this thing squeal like crazy. I’m assuming they are very low quality disc brakes. The handlebar grips are crazy thin and hurt. I’m going to take the bike to a bike shop and upgrade some things on it to make it more comfortable and functional at some point. Other than those complaints, it’s a great color, the gears switch okay, not great, the seat feels decent. For a cheaper bike it’s just okay. I would probably go with something a bit nicer if I were being honest but it gets the job done.

Update The Suspension

Bike not bad over all but thw suspension kinda sucks not gonna like if u where to by this bike I personally upgrade the suspension when u get the bike but over all not bad but the suspension kinda sucks and when I turn the handle bars don't really turn with the front wheele so I personally suggest put better parts when getting the bike

Great Quality Bike

Our son goes hard on his bikes. After he acknowledged there was no way he was getting an E-Bike due to major bodily injury risks, we purchased this amazing bike for him. He's never been happier. This was a great purchase for our 12 year old. His old bike, from a different manufactuer (not purchased through Dick's nor was it a Mongoose) did not last a year. This is an example of when you spend more, you get more. It's worth it.
