Great Addition To Your Scout Mess Kit
Just right to toss into my mess kit to add a little spice. the size of the compartments are just enough for a meal or two or potentially three depending on what you are using. Works well to carry on a weekend trip or even to just keep in your lunch box to add a little flavor in a pinch.

Good Product
Used this many times on a camping road trip to Alaska. In retrospect, I think I should have gotten a larger one for a month long trip. The big plus is multiple compartments for salt, pepper, spices.

Very Good But...
The item has a great design and very lightweight(2.1oz) but in my opinion very limited quantity of spice it actually holds. There are 6 compartments of .1oz each, or roughly 1/2 teaspoon each. That's a very small amount, sometimes a full compartment can be used in a single meal IE Everything But the Bagel seasoning I shared with 1 other hiker. I'd recommend the larger GSI Spice Rocket over the Missile. It holds 5x more per compartment(.5oz) yet only weighs 2x more overall(4.2oz). If weight is the only factor, yes it works great.

Very Practical
This is a great addition to my backpacking/car camping kit. It's sturdy and well designed. For long distance backpacking, I will use just one of the sections for salt & pepper as all 3 sections are pretty heave when every ounce matters. The cool thing is that each section is divided into 2 compartments so you can carry two different spices with each section. The lid of each section is designed so only one side of the compartment will pour out spices. It's easy enough to twist the plastic lid to access the spice of your choice.
