Original Grayl
I purchased my, still go-to, Grayl from kickstarter. Still use original but just bought current version for fly fishing friend that is tired of carrying water in. Thanks for the perfectly engineered back pack water bottle

I purchased a unit for me and another unit for my boy. I told my boy to never go to the woods without his Grayl.

Future Proof
I purchased two of the Ultrapress bottles along with extra elements to have in case of SHTF. I did sort of "practice " using them without getting them wet. I also bought various items geared toward pre-filtering water by removing sediment. Trying to up my level of readiness.

Works So Far - As Advertised
The filter works as advertised. It's the work horse of my water purifier and I love it. I opted to get the filter in the orange color as I'm avoiding black plastic. A water filter in white or light ivory would have a "cleaner" look to me and therefore be more desirable. I will be using my water purifier for both travel and long day hikes.
