Disappointed

Trying to filter water was no easy task. It took over two hours to filter a 24pack 16oz case. Only adults would have the strength to push down on it. Should have an automatic push button that would filter itself

Future Proof

I purchased two of the Ultrapress bottles along with extra elements to have in case of SHTF. I did sort of "practice " using them without getting them wet. I also bought various items geared toward pre-filtering water by removing sediment. Trying to up my level of readiness.

Works So Far - As Advertised

The filter works as advertised. It's the work horse of my water purifier and I love it. I opted to get the filter in the orange color as I'm avoiding black plastic. A water filter in white or light ivory would have a "cleaner" look to me and therefore be more desirable. I will be using my water purifier for both travel and long day hikes.
