I've been attempting to mix in some healthier dehydrated meal options for multi-nighters. In the past, I've routinely favored really heavy, rich pasta meals - Packit Gourmet Pasta Beef Bolognese, Peak Refuel Chicken Pesto Pasta, Good-To-Go Pad Thai, Mountain House Beef Stroganoff, and other heavier meals with noodles, dumplings, etc. but I've really enjoyed having some lighter healthier options based on vegetables or grains.
