I run almost every day, this watch helps track everything obviously, and it helps a lot with tracking my sleep as well. My previous forerunner 165 was nice, but it didn't have quite the look, feel, and stats I wanted. I'd say this watch is perfect for a beginner, but is also great for someone training for a marathon or iron man or something. my advice would be to do your own research and make sure everything fits your needs.
