I had an Apple Watch for years. I used it for tracking cycling, running, and swimming. The battery life was declining and needed to be charged twice a day. I’ve had the garmin for a month now and love it! I have used it to track running, cycling, hiking, swimming, and sleep. I’m very impressed with the tracking abilities and the garmin app that tracks health. The battery life is insane. I have probably only charged it three times in the last month. The garmin watch is a perfect fitness tracker!
