I have been searching for a pair of weather-resistant pants with versatility -- both for a country ramble or running about town. These pants fit the bill! I'm 5'4" and 110 pounds, with an athletic build. I bought the size 2 short and they're perfect on my frame. Slim without being snug, roomy enough for a base layer in the cold, they have a sleek, slightly military look that I love. The fabric stands up to inclimate weather and the leg opening fits easily over my hiking boots. I chose the buckwheat brown and it's a classic, not too yellow or too beige. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Worth every penny for the quality, style and fit!

This is the best fitting women's outdoor pant in the industry in my opinion. I have worked designing for the performance outdoor apparel industry for 25 years. I recommend this pant to any woman looking for a hiking pant. 1. The stretch panel at the hip is everything. It allows for a good fit for different shapes. Only drawback is color matching is a little off on the darker styles. That's why I chose the lightest colorway. The fact that it's made of natural fiber keeps it from getting too hot or smelly. Well done. Now please make a warmer version without the tapered leg.

I bought these trousers more than 2 years ago. Got pregnant in the middle and only did I start wearing them since a year go. I am so impressed by how well they perform. I've worn them in hikes, climbing, just for regular day wearing and at home. They fit me really good, so it's easy to wear them for different occasions and styles. The buckwheat color is beautiful and a nice change from typical black. They have a stretch waistband and stretch panels on the sides that helped as I was returning back from portpartum abdomen size. The knee precut space is roomie enough for hiking, but for climbing they felt a little tight, so I wouldn't recommend. I absolutely love the fabric for southern Spain weather, in summer they feel breathable and light, I just rolled the bottom of the legs, and in spring and autumn they feel perfect. In winter they also felt ok on milder weather days. They have a somewhat waterpellent treatment that also serves as dirt repellent that make them ideal if you work in dirty environments, the stain dries and you can brush it off. The pockets are so convenient I love using them at home to carry my phone and other essentials around comfortably. An overall great pair of trousers. Haven't tried the improved fit, but if this pair ever dies I will be repurchasing.

I bought these pants about a year and a half ago (so not the updated version - though I just recently ordered the updated version and do not see a difference, if anything they fit worse). I wear them for work, and I REALLY want to love these pants but the features are just a little off for me. I LOVE the thigh pockets. But, I wish the fabric had more stretch in the legs, especially around the knees. They're quite tight when I bend down. And despite buying the 32" length they were too short, they definitely don't feel like 32" pants. In the new pair I bought (and returned) I had to size up to a 42 because my original size (40) was too tight, but the size up was too loose in the waist (but did fit better in the legs). For reference I am 5'8 w/ 32" waist and 40" hips.

I have 2 older style fit trousers (I still love them and they are holding up well) but I love the new improvements. The new style actually flatters ones bum. The older styles didn't really do much for the rear view, but Fjall is correct (improved fit ) is an understatement. Great quality, and now an even better fit. The fit guide is spot on. Don't skip the measurement part (and don;t be afraid when you are a bigger size than you are used to, the fit guide is accurate).

I’m a fan of the schort sleeves. I like space and free movement. Looks sleek, is very compact and always ready to go when tour chilly

Really nice quality pants, not too heavy but feel very durable. I am grateful that the shorter length is offered for us petite folks. I got the size US 2/eu 34 and they fit perfectly in the waist. I appreciate the elastic and high waist fit. The colour dark olive is more brown than green but I’m fine with it.

I bought my first pair of Stinas a year and a half ago. I didn't really wear them much because I was working from home and mostly just wore tights for comfort's sake. A couple months ago I opened up a retail store, and I started wearing my Stinas. I LOVE them so much. First, they look fantastic. I have comments about how sharp I look when I wear them. They fit my body so nicely - they are very flattering. Second, pockets. Third, they are just comfortable. I bought two more colours. And then I bought the last colour. They all look great!! When they come out with more colours I'll probably not be able to help myself.

Love these pants! I'm 5'10" with an athletic build, and I purchased the 44/regular. I probably could have opted for the talls, but they were not in stock at the time. I work in a zoo setting, so having pants ready for any substrate and climate is key. These pants repel water, dirt, and fur. Their versatility is wonderful, and I can't wait to wear them for a hiking trip later this year! Would/will buy again

I wore these pants for five straights days of a backcountry trip. They repelled water and even after five days they appeared clean. I’d sat in dirt, fallen, portaged in the mud, wiped my hands on them and they held up way beyond expectations. The fit is perfect for me and once home I washed them and wore them to the office. A stellar product, I’ll be buying one in each colour.

I've waited a long time before diving into my first pair of Fjallraven pants since I wasn't sure which size was going to work best. After doing some research, I went with 44 and am very pleased with the results. I typically wear a US size 12 in pants so this was like sizing up to a 14. I have curvy hips and thighs and these fit me perfectly. They appear to be very durable and well made, which is just what I was hoping for.
