I’ve had this coat for 5 years (living in North Germany 1 year and Southern England the other 4) and have loved it, but it now looks very tatty- the colour has faded and the cuffs are frayed. I wish I could post a photo- it definitely needs replacing. Considering the steep price I paid for it, I would have expected it to last better.

Great fit! Super warm but light at the same time. Absolutely love it!

I love that is super warm and comfortable, and the pockets are amazing! but the colour is fading away significantly, it looks worn out and old, although I've had my jacket for a month and a half. Apart from the rain (not directly, as I always use an umbrella), no liquid even if fallen on it nor have I washed it, so I'm thinking is the quality of the colour/ textile. I'm quite disappointed and dissatisfied with it because one of the main features that's advertised is its durability, but I wouldn't consider a discoloured jacket as something durable.

Fashionable cozy parka that is very warm. Loose fit, love the color. Would recommend. Could consider sizing down as it is a looser fit. Great length to have good torso coverage

Great jacket. True to the size, High quality as they are all the fjallraven products. Bought in in navy and it looks really nice. Feels very warm and love the navy color.

I will preface this by saying that I live in the southeastern U.S. where we rarely see temperatures below 20 F. The winters are moderate, but there are frequent dips to just around freezing and temperatures can also widely swing on any given day. I get cold very easily and was looking for a winter parka for cold mornings and cool days; this fleece-lined parka is perfect. The key is the layering underneath. I have several different Merino wool layers that are lightweight yet warm, as well as a liner fleece jacket from another 3-1 system, and the Fjallraven down liner vest. By combining the right layers, I have worn this parka in temperatures up to the mid-50 F down to windchill 6 F (- 21C) and it has kept me warm. I am 5'7" 126 lbs and got a small, my usual size for this brand, and the fit is perfect. It doesn't look too bulky worn over just a light layer, and yet has enough room for 2-3 mid-layers plus the down liner vest while still allowing good movement. The length (hits about 2 inches above my knees) and weight took a bit of getting used to after decades of wearing shorter lightweight jackets, but I love the way it feels. The material feels great, I am a huge fan of the G-1000 fabric which is sturdy (and puppy proof) yet soft and quiet. The hood is adequate, I wear it above a hat for extra warmth. This is not a waterproof parka, it is water-repellent and dries very quickly. As far as looks go, it is very stylish despite - or probably because - its simple, understated design. I get lots of compliments. Quality and workmanship is excellent and obvious. I hope that Fjallraven will bring back the Greenland Jacket for women here in the U.S., I would love to add a shorter version of this parka!

I love it!! Its very warm for the super cold days but breathable. Its not heavy like the super thick jackets so makes it super comfortable to wear. Also, it kind of has a the vintage look of the parkas i used to wear for school. Easy to wash too. Would def get another one in another color in the future
