The jacket is high quality, as expected. The git is a little small. I was disappointed that the jacket was not wind or water resistant as is and you need to wax it to make it weather proof.

(Zipper broke twice) Zipper broke by losing 2 teeth after wearing it 5 times. I sent to Fjallraven to repair, they added two replacement teeth of a chrome finish. Just worse the jacket the second time since the repair and one of the replacement teeth fell off. I have a few jackets and hoodies with full double zips and have not had these issues.

The zipper is absolutely horrendous. Seems like others have the same issue and it is a manufactures defect. It blows out at the bottom and I sent it in twice thru warranty. They replaced it with an ugly color and it is unwearable.

They make some poor design choices imo. I think g1000 lite isn't rugged enough not even mosquito repellent and it's less water resistant. And why not have rugged long lasting pocket inners instead of mesh. If I want ventilation I'll just unzip it a bit. if it's raining I don't want water in my pocket. Deal breakers for me.

Does not protect from rain at all, poor sewing quality.

The Skogsö Jacket blends functionality and timeless style for a suitable every day wear. I’ve worn this on hikes and city strolls, as well as bushcraft days in the forrest. It’s proven sleek, breathable, and built to last. The body is constructed from G-1000 Eco which in my experience is very breathable, somewhat wind resistant, but not rain resistant. The shoulders and hood are G-1000 proper and the cut is athletic making this a versatile 3 season jacket for town and country. The experienced outdoor user will find many purposes for this jacket. I do not recommend wearing it during winter but that depends entirely on what you seek to achieve. Fjällräven has created a refined, durable essential for those who value craftsmanship and longevity. Cheers, Tristan

Material is good. Abdomen’s part is a bit tight however

Bought a navy skogsko and it’s probably my favourite, go to jacket. Worn it a lot and it still looks good. Quality fit, like the longer arms and the shape of the hood. Recommend. Haven’t waxed it but it is reasonably shower resistant which is enough for my needs.

I hesitated a long time before I bought the jacket, but it's worth every cent.

I bought this jacket for the windy/Rainy weather in the Pacific Northwest and I’m very pleased with how it delivered. Warmth isn’t a strong suit of the jacket, but I think that’s not something you’re after if you’re looking at this. Very happy to have this in my wardrobe for hopefully years to come

Excellent jacket for rainy days in the UK. Fits well, pockets well placed and designed. Glad I bought it

Great fit and function, sufficiently waterproof and better breathing than gore tex.

Like the jacket and the features, but as other reviewers have noted; the fit is weird. Its too narrow in the shoulders and too wide in the torso, plus the sleeves are too long. I'm 72kg and 6ft, the medium is too wide and drafty in the torso and the small is too tight in the shoulders. Sleeves are too long on both sizes. Wish Fjallraven would update their fits across lots of their jackets.

This is a nicely made jacket and feels well made. Be aware though that it is not in any way waterproof and is only shower proof until it wets out. This is not a serious jacket to take into the hills but more of a fashion jacket. The fit is also very strange, it comes up small around the torso but way too long on the arms. I am a standard medium build but needed to buy a large to fit me on the torso and the sleeves are way too long, I really don't understand the fit on this jacket.

Not really impressed with quality. Fit is not quite right. Sleeves are too long. I'm 5'9 with average length arms, and the sleeves cover half of my hands with the medium. If I had gotten small the jacket would have been too tight in the chest because the medium fits closely around my torso. I have the Expedition Pack Down in medium and the fit on that is perfect and feels very high quality. Not sure why this jacket is so much looser, and it seems to be a step down in quality for sure. Also, the zipper gets stuck easily and feels cheap. I would not buy this jacket again.
