I worked for Rosker Ltd. part of Fenix Outdoor in 2013 and fell in love with Fjallraven as a brand. The Keb trousers were indestructible and they became very popular within my community and elsewhere within the UK over the past years. Unfortunately they don’t seem to be the same quality nowadays. The stitching comes loose in areas and they wear thin a lot quicker. It’s a shame as I was thinking of getting some more, along with the new Keb Gtx jacket, but it looks like that won’t fit me due to reviews. So disappointing that despite become so popular globally, it’s still random with its sizing and has dropped in quality. I’m not surprised that Johan Skullman left the company😔

Phenomenally Strong And Durable But Hot Trousers
Excellent trousers. Comfortable and fit well. I know that they will last a good long time as well. I would just add one caveat. Even with the side vents open, if you take these guys to remotely hot areas and do anything vigorous with them, the will heat up and collect sweat at the bottom. I took them to the highlands of Ecuador where I thought I'd be plenty cool due to the altitude but in the direct sunlight and as it was a pretty vigorous trek, my legs were just drenched in sweat by the end. In contrast, I took them to Banff in the Canadian rockies and went on considerably less vigorous treks with my pregnant wife and they were 1000% more comfortable. So, would absolutely recommend to anyone with the stipulation that these are BEST FOR COOL OR EVEN COLD WEATHER ON MILD TO MODERATELY VIGOROUS TREKS. Otherwise, the strength and durability are overkill and a pair of light shorts would be better.

An Expensive Investment But Worth Every Penny.
Bought these trousers a year ago. I have worn this for at least 30 hikes and travelled to 5 different countries. Pros - Extremely comfortable even to sleep during travelling (i.e. flight & coach), - Stylish for day out - The improved fit is very flexible for climbing & trekking. - Good thermal insulation. No problem to trek from -5 degC -> 25 degC. - Dust prove and easy to maintain. Cons Fabric pilling on the side pockets, where I usually my phone in. Fabric Pilling,
