Oregon C
I purchased one of these in Copenhagen 4 years ago, and have worn it on the beach in Oregon at least 500 times. There are no signs of fraying, material is still strong, zippers work great. If it rains, or excess wind demands it, the hood fits well and tightens with clever elastic locking adjusters. The length is just right for me, not too long like some. Chest pocket is perfect for keeping my wallet/ID. I have collected rocks over the years and just put them in the side pocket, and they are still strong. Light weight but excellent in windy conditions. I don't need to replace it but after 4 years it's looking a bit faded so I ordered another one in a different color and it's on the way. Expect the new one is the same great jacket. Thank you Fjall Raven. In my entire life I don't think I've worn a single jacket so much, and I've never taken the time to go online and praise a piece of clothing but this deserves that.

This is a great, lightweight, packable wind jacket. As advertised, it will repel a *very* light rain, but anything more than that and you're soaked. Very comfortable and well-tailored. But the zipper, good lord this zipper. It is TERRIBLE. Even after figuring out the dance you need to do with the double zipper to get it to engage, I still have to fight with it every time. An incredibly frustrating feature of an otherwise excellent jacket.

I bought this jacket as spring was approaching and it has become my favourite for days with wind and light rain. It’s comfortable, cuts down on any windchill and has enough room for a warmer layer underneath. Highly recommend and the ochre is just bright enough, without being loud.

Exact kind of jacket I was looking for - lightweight, packs down small and very breathable. I run quite hot when hiking, or just generally on the move, so this has worked perfectly for me.

Super super nice I loved …. I loved the color and the quality, it is quite rain-repellent. The only thing is that the size S that I wear feels too big, but at least I totally recom

I really like the look and fit of this jacket, but the balky zipper is very frustrating. You have to work the zipper in a very specific way in order for the zipper to align and then pull up. This would undoubtedly work better with a single zipper pull instead of a double. I was going to return it until I figured out the magic trick that needs to be performed to get the jacket actually zipped.

This is my favorite jacket! I is lite, sheds small amounts of rain and I breaths very well. I live in NE where we have plenty of wind so it comes in very handy. It takes off the chill in the early morning when I walk the dog and I can wear it with an insulating piece in the late fall and early Spring. People complain about the zipper but if you are patient you will find the zipper works just find, just make sure it clicks!

The only thing i can fault with the jacket is the hood, wearing in Light Rain the hood became fully wet inside every wear else was dry.

Okay, l really like the look of this Jkt, l ordered the XXL size I’m 6’4” & 244 pounds-ish. Good fit ! I feel the arms are very Slightly too short depending on activity & l need to pull Them down slightly. Layered with a t-shirt &fleece it’s a very Light & comfortable Jkt . Not rainproof l bought another for that But packs small so l pack both !! When hiking trips. 4*’s because it needs a draw cord in the back of hood!! ! I need to ware a baseball cap 🧢 under hood to keep it in place

This jacket looks great and goes with everything. It is comfortable (lightweight/ breathable) and compactible so it is easy to pack.

Buy this jacket if you want a flattering, lightweight jacket for cool-ish weather. This is not intended for midwinter hikes through the snow, but is perfect for cool spring nights and dry, windy days.

A good all rounder for spring to autumn in wind and light rain. Very comfortable to wear.

I'm a big jacket person, I have one for just about every weather situation and this is my go to in the spring and summer. It's really effective at blocking wind while I'm biking, I'll layer a fleece if it's chilly. During the summer it's the perfect weight for cool nights and keeping bugs off of you without overheating, it has light water resistance so this is definitely not a "rain jacket" but it does dry super fast if it gets wet. It packs down very small and also the perfect travel companion.

This was a Christmas gift. Fits well, keeps me dry and warm, but not sweaty . With current weather, a real asset. I do some traveling, so should work well.

I bought this jacket as a mild weather standalone, as well as to wear over a down jacket for wind protection is colder weather. It works great for both purposes and I am very happy with the quality and style. The material is thin, but strong. Would recommend!
