I used this bag A LOT, and recommended it to so many of my friends for travel, but the strap issue has gotten to the point where it's no longer my go-to cross-body bag. If the fasteners could just be upgraded to something secure, then it would be a game-changer. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE.

I'm kind of weird and I have this High Coast Pocket, the Greenland pocket, and the small pocket, and this is the only one of the three I just almost never use. The bag itself is fine but the strap easily falls off, reading the other reviews it seems like I'm not the only one with this issue. I also felt it is a bit too weighed down by straps and the other two pockets offer more room for the size. It's still OK

Faulty, as the strap falls off the bag. I would like fjallraven to replace the strap with one that stays on the bag.

I bought this at the last minute before a two week trip to Sweden and so glad that I did. I ended up using it every day. I was driving a lot and this tiny size made it easy for me to hop out of the car with all the essentials when I needed to and I could easily toss it into my slightly larger purse when I needed to take a larger bag with me. It held a lot and I'm still using it now that I'm home. I never had any issues with strap becoming undone, as others mentioned. Great bag.

I just got this because I saw a woman carrying one and thought it might be exactly what I need. Yep, it’s great. It’s just big enough to carry the necessities without letting me put in extra stuff and make it too heavy. I got it in blackberry, and I’ll probably buy another color at some point for variety and so I can have a different color strap on my bags. I like how the bag sits, and the loops on the exterior allow me to hook a pair of sunglasses on. It’s comfortable on. For its size it holds more than I thought it would. It’s an efficient use of space. I def recommend to anyone who needs a small bag that will contain a phone, wallet, keys, lip balm, and a few other little things.

I only keep my (small) phone and wallet in it, and unless I am super diligent about making sure the zippers are up around the corners, stuff flies out a frustrating amount. The little net pocket inside is also a bit annoying, when trying to slide my phone or small planner in, it's constantly getting caught on that pocket. It needs to be higher or not there at all. The little clip in the front pocket is not useful to me at all, it's just too tight a space for even a key fob to go in easily. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to alter this myself for my needs (take out inner pocket, have a better external clip secured for keys) or pass it on and find something that works for me. On the positive side, I like the 4-corner options for the strap, the color and material quality are fantastic.

I love this little bag, perfect for a phone, small wallet and car key, but came here to reinforce the issue with the straps coming unhooked. The bag comes unhooked quite often so I have to be careful when and how I use it - I never use it while on my bike for example. It would be great to see a new version of this bag with a much more secure strap.

The High Coast Pocket is a must-have when I’m travelling- it is so comfortable to wear! From touring new cities to days on the water, this little bag keeps my daily necessities close by. The four loops on the back and the hooks on the strap allow me to configure it in multiple ways for a custom fit on each adventure. The strap can be removed entirely turning it into a small packing cube, which keeps things organized when tossed in my travel bag. It’s even compact enough that I was able to bring it into several indoor events that had bag requirements!

Love this bag. It’s my favorite for traveling. Just three things wish the strap was slightly wider. It fits my passport just right I’d like a little more wiggle room. Last is an inner zip pocket for cash and coins.

I’ve had this bag for a couple of years now and I use it as my everyday bag. It’s very compact, stylish, and the patina green goes with just about everything. I also added a yellow Kanken padded strap to it and it helped keep the strap in place better which also added security with the strap detachment issue everyone else here is complaining about. I do think with such a reputable brand, the straps should offer more security. My advice is to get a couple of Kanken shoulder straps and for some reason it has helped the issue just by giving more girth to the overall strap. I still love my bag and the green has aged quite well! It holds my small wallet, phone, lip liner, chapstick, and keys. Though with a key fob it does get a bit bulky.

Utterly useless. The strap attachment is very insecure and easily detaches. I almost lost my phone and passport on a plane when it slipped off as we disembarked. I pitched it.

I’ve had this in gray for a couple of years. It is just starting to feel ragged…. However I have used it daily and thrown it in my washing machine (air dried) many times. Despite it being spot clean only. I keep phone, wallet, lip balm, and other items in it comfortably that way I can switch it easily between my diaper bag, and my purse when I don’t have my kids. This way…. Keys and wallets don’t go missing! Perfect for running in stores with babies or toddlers. A hands free miracle….. it even fits snacks…. I will be making another purchase soon!

I almost didn’t buy this bag after seeing several reviewers mentioning the strap unhooks easily. I’ve had this bag for 8 months now and the strap has not come undone on its own. I feel it’s important to leave a review to share my personal experience with it in case there are potential buyers out there hesitant to give this bag a try because they’re afraid the strap will pop off frequently. I’ve enjoyed using this bag daily but I’ll say it gets uncomfortable if you hang the bag on your neck when you have heavier items in it - the strap isn’t the most comfortable against the skin. Otherwise, it’s a good casual bag to have!

while this is a great material and functional as a pocket it is unfortubately not safe to wear outside due to the attachments not being fit for purpose. The attachments make this bag unusable outside because it can easily become detached and fall off your neck. It's happended to me twice and sence then I only wear this in the offie at work to carry my phone around but would never again wear it outside for fear of losing it and my belongings with it. I'm actually sorry I kept it and did not trust my instincts the moment I saw the attachment points. It's a very dissapointing product. .

Love the size, functionality, strap length. Don’t love the strap atttachment hooks which easily pop off. It would be a big design improvement if the hooks were replaced with a more secure latch. Then you would definitely have my 5 stars.
