We bought 2 Emotion kayaks 3+ yrs ago. At least 1 seat buckle broke immediately. As more buckles broke, I carried hairbands to rig the seats. Now that we use the kayaks more often, I thought to look into replacement buckles. Within 2 hours of the request, Customer Service, Dionte answered my questions and placed the order. It could not have been quicker or easier to resolve the problem. Thank you so much! Hopefully, the buckle design is updated/improved since we purchased the kayaks.

Love how easy it is to haul and store and USE! Comfortable seat back, my dog fits in front of me, the bungie holders are great for water and shoes etc. Lost a clip that holds the seat back up and Lifetime was quick to send out extras.

Best Kayaks Ever

We have several of these and we've had most of them for 8 years. We just added these 2 lime green ones to the family to use in Utah. Our red, yellow and blue ones stay in island park. They have withstood the beatings of hitting rocks going down the Henry's fork river hundreds of times.
