I can’t remember the combination. It’s in the open position but the class is down so I can’t turn it back. I’ve tried setting it to 00 but the clasp still stays down. Can you help me?

Instructions Not Quite Right
Instructions to set your own combination were a little hard to follow. The direction to turn was the reverse of what really seemed to work.

Great Lock.
