I had a pair of the green recurves I wore everyday for 1 1/2 years. Working construction and at home on the farm. This pair replaced those. I know they are hunting boots but they are unbelievably comfortable for everyday. I also have a pair for hunting in. You can’t go wrong with these boots

I bought this boot, left boot did not fit properly. Returned this boot and was going to by an insulated pair, but they did not have in stock. Don't know about the 1/2 smaller situation, seems they run true to size, but don't judge by this, I believe the left boot was improperly sized. I love and own three pair of Danners, for good reason.

Bought these for hunting. Right out of the box the fit was great and after the first few hikes I’ve had no issues. These boots hardly need a break in.

These are fantastic. Super comfortable, but still have a good amount of support. Haven't used them out in the field yet, but only expecting greatness!

Very lightweight and comfortable boots. They have a nice large finger loop to pull them on. Lacing hooks at the top make them easy to get on and off. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly.

I purchased this boot about a month ago after spending some time researching best men's hunting/hiking boot. I was looking for waterproof, insulated, along with all day comfort and not camo so I could wear the boots about anytime. I wear wool hunting/hiking socks this time of the year and use custom orthotic insoles. Regardless, they fit very well at 10.5 which is my regular shoe size. I have worn them in temps ranging from 40 to -20f and in 4-12inches of snow and not snow conditions in the field and around town - located in north central Wyoming. These boots are very comfortable, have great traction, and look good but they only get 4.5 stars as the insulation is not what I thought it would be (research found users claimed warm feet after hunting elk all day in freezing snowy conditions). If you are moving I can see your feet staying warm. What if you are not moving all day! My feet got cold when hunting upland game birds and just walking the dogs (it was -15). Likely I got spoiled by the insulation in my old boots. Another detraction are the laces - they could be 8 inches longer or maybe about 4 inches shorter. So 4.5 stars. Still good value. I will wear these until worn out.

Very warm, great support. Got a wide size which sometimes looks awkward, but not in this case. Taking a few days to break in, but expect it will be perfect

I bought these for a recent hunting trip. The boots are immediately comfortable! You could walk for days. With the 400 gram insulation they are a little warm but you can adjust with the proper sock. Great boot by Danner!
