Excellent Backpack, Super Slow Shipping.

Borrowed my wife's Mente backpack on our recent vacation, and it was so much more comfortable than the backpack I had brought. I wish the pocket arrangement were a little different, like the glasses pouch being a single zip, rather than a pocket within a pocket. But the comfort for even heavy loads is the most important, so I bought my own.

Great Upgrade To My Northface Packsack

I needed to upgrade and replace my existing backpack which I have used for the past 20 years. I count be happier with the Mente 32L daypack. Tons of room, more svelte than my old backpack and the fit is perfect given it’s slightly longer. I am 6’2” and I was concerned it would be on the small side…. its not.

Do Not Like The Mente 32l Daypack

First, my order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I suppose it was partly fault of USPS. As I watched the tracking it traveled all over the US. I've used numerous daypacks in my life. Never this brand before and I definitely don't like it. I liked the size & thought the design looked good but there are way too many various straps all over the thing. I hadn't noticed the chest straps which I would never use & there is no place to tuck them away. Waist straps are more common but I seriously wish companies would design a way to tuck unused straps away. These things just hang all over the daypack. It's a floppy mess. Cotopaxi should also include a band on all daypacks so they can slide over rolling luggage handles. I was aware that this model didn't have that but I honestly don't know why they can't be included on more daypacks. Hopefully I can return this. Waited so long for it & very disappointed.

Great Backpack All Around!

This backpack is perfect for so many uses due to the size and space. It has deep pockets, many inner storage areas and is very comfortable (even when packed full). The drink pocket on the side is made to hold tall water bottles and there are plenty of loops for attaching whatever may be needed. This will for sure be your go-to backpack!
