I Love This Hoodie, But Stains Are An Issue

Hi there, I recently purchased the sombra foam colored sun hoodie. I decided to try it for the first time while backpacking this weekend, it got fairly dirty while camping. Upon washing it, it still has dirt stains. I purchased this sun hood because I read a review that it wouldn't stain, I'm hoping I can wash it out, and maybe I should have gone for a darker color. It also feels a little big on me in the large size, even though I consistently run as a large. The fabric is incredibly soft and I overall love the design.
