I love this jacket. It works good in any situation

For a medium, it's running larger than normal and small is too tight. What is going on with the sizing of this jacket?

Looks great, fits great, I really like it, hence the 4 stars. As mentioned though, there are a couple things I found a bit annoying that maybe could have been solved with a name change? First, the sleeves don't pull over another sleeve unless it is a slippery fabric. As a jacket this is kind of annoying, but I understand what they were going for here with the breathable material on the sleeves. Second the insulation weight is half of a normal Capa jacket (40g vs 80g) so it's not like wearing a Capa vest over a fleece. This is a big difference considering it is supposed to be the same line of clothing. Had they called it an Otero hybrid then the implication is that you wear it more like you would the Otero, a light spring or fall layer, than the Capa, an every day winter jacket. Yes this is all in the description and yes I still bought it anyways.

I totally love this hooded jacket, not only because of the comfort but also because of the price but style, colors. I've own lot of Cotopaxi gear and have never been disappointed with the product. I would HIGHLY recommend this brand.

im a female but bought the mens style because i liked the color design better. :) I have been eyeing these for the last 2 years- they're just such a perfect light weight mid-layer. so great to throw on and they pack into themselves. . . so they can be a camping pillow if needed. comfortable and breathable. I can be picky on my layering choices, so this was a well thought out decision for me.

This is a do all jacket from hiking cycling running even went out ice fishing in at the other day. How light and thin it is it’s surprisingly warm with a thin layer underneath. I’ve been contemplating on buying another one but how much I’ve been wearing it.

I have owned Patagonia, Arcteryx, and Stio. This puffy is an excellent hybrid that has become my daily wear and used for backcountry skiing! Will definitely purchase again!

Versatile, light, yet warm mixed media jacket that is easily packable and comfortable. Hood is a plus.

My son and I both have this jacket and love it for running in cold weather. My husband finally joined our fan club and asked for one!! He loves it, too and wears it all the time - when walking the dog, running, or just out and about. Fam favorite!!

i looked it up! Cotopaxi means “Neck of the Moon”. I love this fleece. Looks great, fits just right, and has a comfy hood for the rain. You can’t go wrong with Cotopaxi jackets!

This jacket is everything. I love how it isn’t bulky yet still keeps you warm. I have always been a fan of Cotopaxi. This was my first clothing purchase but definitely won’t be the last! I highly recommend.

Used at first for a layer under down jacket for 20 degree weather while hiking 5 miles. Halfway through, able to just wear the Capa and felt comfortable, no restrictions, good movement. Love the scuba hood, functional and practical.

I’m glad I tried this jacket on in store before I ordered online! I’m usually a large to XL, depending on the fit I want. The large seems to be too roomy for me, and the medium feels better. This jacket can stretch, so it’s comfortable. The underarm is a bit snug. Overall, it’s a great lite jacket.

I’m genuinely impressed with the Capa Hybrid Insulated Hooded Jacket. The mix of insulation and breathable stretch panels makes it incredibly versatile — warm enough for chilly mornings, but never overheats when I’m on the move. The fit is spot on: lightweight, comfortable, and easy to layer without feeling bulky. The quality is exactly what I expect from Cotopaxi. The stitching, materials, and overall construction feel durable and thoughtfully designed. I also love how packable it is. It’s become my go-to jacket for travel, hikes, and quick errands because it performs well in pretty much every situation. Plus, the color looks even better in person. I’ve gotten multiple compliments already! If you’re looking for a jacket that’s stylish, functional, and built to last, this one is absolutely worth it.
