We Had A Great Experience
We had a great experience with Cotopaxi. The strap on our old Allpa Getaway 55L Duffel broke, and we loved that bag! We are in the military and use it all the time for travel and work. We mailed our old bag in to Cotopaxi, and they replaced it! We love Cotopaxi!

Love It But A Snap Broke On 1st Use
I love this duffle! It is a great size for a long weekend. My only negative was that the plastic snaps on the wrap that holds the handles together were very difficult to snap shut & then one completely come off when I unsnapped them. I'm just going to add some velcrow to fix it. Other than that, its a perfect bag!

Sturdy Bag
I ordered and returned this duffel. It was heavier and stiffer than I expected. I needed something lighter for a safari with strict weight limits for luggage. Even though it has straps like a backpack, it would be nice to have a single shoulder strap like a traditional duffel. I usually have a small day pack as well as the duffel bag. Even though I returned it, I thought the bag was well made and sturdy.
