I purchased this 50Liter duffel bag for extended sailing trips involving flights on small aircraft to get to and from a boat. Size and weight limits are often strictly enforced with the possibility that over weight or sized bags do not get loaded. This is never a good thing. This bag helps me pack properly so that I carry what I need and do not overload.

Love the bag but when it isn’t full it folds on the bottom when using the back straps. Not sure how to change that but maybe a chest clip would help. I would still buy another one but always like to give feed back.

I was spent a lot of time checking out several bags and decided to go with the older version w/ the zipper compartment on the bottom. I don’t know why this feature was abandoned on the newer models because it makes the entire bag! Over all a great bag- I would request only 1 improvement to the model I got which is a large zippered mesh pocket on the inside. Bag is comfortable to carry, quick release straps work well, & I love the muted colors (not typical Cotopaxi).

I have owned multiple Cotopaxi products for multiple years. This was my first duffel, after trying an alternate brands similar product. The Cotopaxi far surpassed the other bag in design (duffel straps tuck into sides so they are not hanging freely getting caught on doors while walking through the airport at 12:30am), the strap spacing etc. It also fits under airline seat perfectly & allowed me to do “personal item” only for a multi day trip!

Bought this to replace a similar sized one by another brand. I love the ability to convert a duffle into a backpack, and this one came in a range of fun colors. The 50L Allpa is on the bigger size, so I’m not sure you can use as a carry-on, but it would be perfect for road trips and check in. When not in use, it folds down for storage in a reasonably compact mesh sack that’s included. One last note - the sales team at the store was terrific and very helpful!

Bought this bag to go to Europe with. It's a bit of a gamble since it's 5cm bigger than the carryon allowance. The bag is very well made and fits a lot. I love the extra compartment on the bottom for extra flat things. I'm excited to go on some adventures!
