After a TON of research, comparisons, hemming and hawing, et al. I went for it on my Allpa28. I have not yet taken the trip I purchased it for, so further research is pending. I am hoping to use it as a carry on / underseat on Vueling - so wish me luck. I wish the straps tucked completely as they do on the 35 (I missed that they didn’t when i was trying them both) but I needed a smaller pack for the airline rules. Compression straps on the sides would be nice too but that’s a minor thought. Love the color, love the durability and love that my 3L allpa waist bag will still fit inside (I check that at the store too!). All in all, would still purchase, it’s good for my smaller frame and I have no doubt I can use it on american airline carriers.

This bag is so cute and I love the idea of the inside. With that being said, I purchased it ahead of our Europe trip this winter so I haven’t used it yet but plan to as a carry on to supplement a checked bag. My SIL has the 35L and loves it.

I got this as my new go-to weekend travel bag or personal item on long haul flights and I've already taken it on a quick domestic weekend trip. 1000% love! I have an overseas trip coming up and cannot wait to use the Allpa 28L Travel Pack! The individual pockets will keep me organized. I’m using it as my personal item carryon. It will make getting through the airports and streets easier. I’d love to update this review once I have put it to the test!

I am a backpack person and probably have 20 backpacks. Needless to say, I didn't think I needed another one until I saw the Allpa 28L Travel Pack - Del Dia Dark. It's perfect! I can fit enough clothes for several days and it's absolutely beautiful!

I purchased my original Allpa 28L about 11 years ago and have used it regularly for lots of weekend trip, a perfect airline carryon and I alway marvel at how much stuff I can fit in it. The out coating stated to come off and I was convinced I would be buying another, but a quick check showed it might be covered under warranty. To my surprise it was, and Cotopaxi quickly replaced it! I look forward to many more travels with my "new" Allpa 28L. Thanks!!

The Allpa 28L bag is wonderful. I LOVE the inside the very most! In all my years of backpacks I have not liked the way you just keep putting stuff on top of stuff! This pack is not like that at all. So many different storage options. Very nice to wear also.

I’d give it a 4/5. I like some of the improvements they made but wish it had some hookup to take on a hiking water bladder and hose and also I missed the small hidden zipper that was in my previous 30l version
