Not Stylish. Way To Wide And Bulky
Why make it so wide and bulky? I love columbia's short booties. I got hooked with the lovely design of the Medow's Shorty Omni-heat 3D and was due for a replacement. Got these boots in my usual 10.5 and the shoe is so big and wide brought way to much attention to the feat. Felt very Frankenstein-ish heavy. For gals with big sizes these boots are not that appealing in my opinion. Also the lack of structure at the top of the show with its design made it not great for hiking.

Disappointed
Bought these as a Christmas gift for myself. Got them December 28 and they broke by January 14th. In addition to this, the trim of the boot has given me brush burn. Disappointed in the quality and the lack of solutions from customer care. Otherwise great boots.

Not True To Its Size
This shoe is at least 1 size off to the standard size. I am normally woman's shoe size 6.5, so I ordered 7 figuring I can use extra room for heavy winter socks, if needed, however size 7 feels like size 6 when when I put them on. Way too small for size 7. Otherwise, very nice shoes with good features.

Great For Snow, Sleet, And Walking 15k Steps/day
I took these shoes to the snow in Japan. We had over a foot of snow overnight, the shoes kept my feet dry and warm in 20degrees F. They were so comfortable when I was breaking them in (wore them to work, walking around up and down stairs all day) that I only brought these shoes with me. They handled the blizzard conditions, sledding down the slopes, and then walking 5 miles a day in Tokyo (15,000 steps), up and down subway steps, on the wet rainy streets, I even drove with them on around Mount Fuji. I wore them all day for 8 days straight and they did not let me down. They feel/fit like sneakers but perform like a snow boot.
