Love The Jacket But Zipper Failed

Bought this jacket early in October and waited to wear it after Christmas on first ski trip of the season. Loved every aspect of this jacket except the zipper was tough to use. After 5 days of use, zipper stopped zipping entirely. Because I bought it several months ago, I now have to ship it back at my cost and wait 4-6 weeks for zipper repair. Now I won’t have a jacket for ski season! Hopefully I’m the only one who gets a bum zipper, but definitely check out your zipper and if it isn’t super smooth, quickly exchange for a new one before you’re stuck like me. It’s the only time I’ve had an issue with Columbia items. My whole family wears exclusively Columbia and generally the quality is always awesome.
