Do not buy this Jacket if you live somewhere that the temps get below 0. I have to wear layers with it to make it warmer. The wind blows right through it. I am very disappointed in my purchase. I will say however that it is very cute and comfortable, good for running errands, but again a terrible coat for winter conditions.

Haven’t worn this jacket outside yet but the fit is perfect. I recently gained weight and my old jacket was too tight. With this coat, it’s roomy, a good length and pretty color. For reference I’m about 260 lbs (51” hip, 41” waist and 45” chest). My arms are larger and these sleeves fit just right. I got size 2X. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase so far.

I bought this jacket at the beginning of winter and I'm very happy. The jacket looks great, very comfortable and warm.

I bought this coat to wear during cold parent drop-off duties each morning. It is so warm!

This is a review of the FIT of the coat, not performance! I’ve had other Columbia coats and this feels of the same quality. That said, I am thrilled with how this fits. As a plus-sized girlie, it can be hard to find coats that are cute, long enough, and have enough room in the right places. I agree with the other reviews, Columbia’s plus sizes run large. I fit the 2x size guide measurements but ordered a 1x and that was the right move. Love the waist drawstring on the inside so I could tighten it to fit my needs without compromising room in the bust area. I’m almost 6’ and this hits just below my knees, just right for my tall snow boots. Ready for my cutest winter yet!

I really wanted to love this coat but sadly it fell short. I was on a journey to find a long warm coat to wait at the bus stop with the kids and walk my pup. I live in Pennsylvania so our winters can be brutal. Snow, bitterly cold and winds. I wanted a long coat (below my knee), high down count and a hood that wouldn’t hang in my eyes and. For reference, I’m 5’1, 140lbs. Here is where things fell short: - I ordered a small and medium. Both were gigantic! I have a Columbia parka in medium and it fits great. I easily could have fit in an XS and heavy sweaters. - The down was bunchy so there were parts of the coat that weren’t insulated!! I was outside wearing it wondering why the heck my arm was so cold and it appeared all the insulation was up by the bicep! I was shocked the down would do that. I’m not sure if it’s the pleating or what but that’s not the Columbus quality I’d expect. I have a neighbor who owns this coat and she said hers bunches as well but it doesn’t bother her. I couldn’t live like that. - the coat was like wearing a large sleeping bag - which honestly wouldn’t have bothered me since I was just going to wear it walking the dog. I mention this to others if they are looking for something more stylish - the hood was floppy and would fall in front of my eyes. Both coats were returned and I went with a competitor!
