Great Value But Cut Small

I normally wear a large but in this I ordered an XL and the cut of this is very small in the body.

Two Problems

Bought two of these as they are similar to my others, except they have snaps instead of buttons. I can't help but think the snaps will eventually come off and the shirts will be useless. I much prefer buttons. Time will tell, but my others have lasted for many years. The other thing I hate is that the Columbia label at the back of the neck eventually begins to wear off; and when it does, it sticks to other parts of the shirt and will not come off. Thus the end of the life for the shirt. These shirts are too expensive for that, so I sewed a piece of cloth over the labels on the new ones. Come on Columbia....

Accident Prone Proof

My wife was wearing this when she took a hard fall on concrete. A little scuffing on the fabric, but all the snaps stayed snapped! A few scrapes on the shirt placket is better than suddenly ending up half naked in public!

Better For Cooler Weather

Wearing for work. I won’t wear it over 75 degrees because it sticks to my back and makes me hot. But it’s otherwise flattering and comfortable. Just better for cooler weather.

I love, love these PFG Tamiami long sleeve shirts. I have multiple colors of them. They protect me from the sun. I wear them over a short-sleeved shirt. The sun can be brutal during the summer, so I need to protect myself from the ultraviolet rays. These shirts are soft and breathable. I like that you can also roll the sleeves up to a 3/4 length. These shirts also wash well. I hang them up to dry instead of running them through the dryer.
