    I really like this jacket - it provides good wind protection and warmth and is attractive. There has been no opportunity to test its water repellency but expect it will measure up. I’m 5’4” 115# and got a small - perfect! I have only two objections: no inner pockets, and while Velcro is all the rage, I would prefer snaps on the front which don’t get snagged on everything and are much easier to just snap vs aligning the Velcro strips.

    Waterproof & Warm!

    Jacket is warm in damp cool weather without being bulky. It was recommended I order a large, ordered my regular size medium and had no problem wearing a thick sweater with it. As others have mentioned, the drawstring does get caught on the velcro.
