Perfect Long Coat!!

I was looking for a long down coat for cold Northeastern Ohio winters. I’m 5’9, so it’s difficult finding anything that hits below the knee. THIS COAT DOES. It hits right at mid calf on me, and it’s WARM. I hate winter, and this coat has made it bearable. Even in double digit negative temps, I stayed toasty. The thumb holes are a great little detail, which gives the sleeves even more coverage, and the pockets are very deep. As in, stick your hands in all the way up to your mid forearm deep. They have a zip closure too, so no danger of things slipping out of your pocket when you sit down. The hood is nice and deep, and can easily fit over hats or sweatshirt hoods. Has just enough of a lip on it to really keep the wind out of your face on those gusty days too. Probably my favorite winter coat I’ve purchased in a long time, and worth every penny.

Long, Warm, Not Durable, Terrible Quality

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I currently own the Columbia Women's Apres Arson™ II Winter Long Down Jacket but needed something that went below the knee. This jacket seemed like the perfect option HOWEVER, after just two months it is falling apart. THIS IS NOT DURABLE. There are feathers coming out of the seams, it already has a small rip, and the columbia label on the sleeve is peeling. It's not like I'm hiking in this thing - I wear it daily to run errands, go to work, or go to the gym. There is no reason for this jacket to be falling apart already. I've had zero issues with the Apres Arson after YEARS of wear. The outside layer of this jacket is extremely thin. Extremely disappointed in the quality

Disappointing At Best.

The double zipper jams every time, I've never had a coat that stained or was harder to clean than this coat in spite of the special coating, which wore off after the first wash done as instructions required. The buttons on the hood unsnap with the slightest tension which is absurd given you have to pull it to put it on. I'm already tired and ready to throw it away and I've only been wearing it for 3 months.

Warmth, Length And Perfectly Places Zippers

This was exactly what i was looking for for a ND winter! The length (mid calf on 5'6" person) is great at keeping you legs warm in any weather. The puff is so warm it keeps you comfortable even in below 0° wind chill. The zippered pockets are great for keeping your thing stored and wont get lost. Amaze puff is the perfect name for this coat!!

Best Coat Ever!!

I love this coat!! It is so warm and comfortable with deep, fleece lined zipper pockets and a good quality zipper on the coat, cinch cords, etc. It’s expensive but a great investment if you live somewhere cold. I have tried many long coats, and this is the warmest and highest quality by far.

Great Coat; Inferior Zipper

I love this coat! Very lightweight but very warm. Feels amazing on. However, the zipper is plastic and of poor quality. It is difficult to get started almost every time, which is annoying. Hoping it doesn’t break or hang in the fabric and rip the material. The zipper quality is not congruent with the overall quality of the coat. Would have given 5 stars if zipper was satisfactory.

A Must Have For Winter Walks!

I’m about 5 ft and about 99 lb, and I hesitated to buy this jacket because many reviews mentioned that it runs large and that the arm length is long. I was worried it might overwhelm my frame, but I needed a long jacket to stay warm during winter dog walks. I’m so glad I went ahead with the purchase. The fit is just perfect. The arm length was completely fine, not long at all, and the overall silhouette didn’t feel bulky. I especially love that I can layer it with another hood or hoodie underneath for extra warmth without feeling restricted. I’ve never lived in a place with a truly cold winter before, and I usually hate the cold, but I’ve worn this jacket in 12 °F weather and was honestly amazed at how comfortable and warm I felt.
