Great Portable Rain Jacket
I've had this jacket for 5 years now and it stays in my daily commuter bag. I was caught in the rain the first week I had, and through a south Florida downpour, it kept me dry. Over long rain events I have experienced some seaping, but that's after a long time in terrible rain. Overall, this is a great portable rain jacket.

Poor Sizing
Generally, "Tall" options come with long arms. These arms are SO short. I usually wear either a Large Tall or an X-Large. However, these arms are annoyingly short. Much shorter than Large Tall options for other similar brands.

River Blue Color Is Not Accurate In The Image
I haven't had a chance to test this jacket in the rain yet. The LT fit is good for my slim and tall (6'4") frame. However, the color for River Blue as it appears on the website is very inaccurate. I wanted something I could wear cycling that would be relatively visible. The color online makes it look like it's a fairly bright color, but in reality it is very muted. In fact, it matches the hue (but slightly darker) of the Columbia logo & name that appears in the upper left corner of this site
