Had it for a year. Half tank and it lites and stays for a little bit. Unplugged from tank purged it by turning on 3 knobs and put together still no big flame

The Coleman RoadTrip® Swaptop™ Steel Stove Grate is a useful accessory that expands the cooking versatility of your RoadTrip grill. Its chrome-plated steel construction is rust-resistant and durable, and it supports pots or pans up to about 12 inches for cooking meals like eggs, chili, or sauces while camping. The Swaptop design makes it easy to swap with other grill tops, giving you more cooking options outdoors. Overall, it’s a practical addition for campers who want both grilling and stovetop cooking in one setup.

Great addition to have for boiling water and heating soups.

Useless as the bbq can't generate enough heat to use pots and boil water

I bought this several months back when we bought the Roadtrip grill. The grill has been excellent. We used the Swaptop pot adapter for the first time last weekend while camping amd it was awful. We have a six person mess kit we take camping and it comes with a 10 inch fryong pan. The flames, even on high are well below the frying pan and allows most of the heat to escape. It took 45 minutes to cook 8 pieces of bacon! We left out Coleman camp stove at home thinking we didn't need it. Big mistake. We had to use a large pot to boil water for coffee yet only put 2-3cups of water in the pot to get it hot faster. True, a wider pan would have reduced heat escaping but the heat output is no where near that of a typical Coleman campstove. We also went thru a propane bottle quickly, with limited use, due ti the heat escaping. Next time we camp, we will take our trusty Coleman stove and save the Roadtrip for grilling use only.

Product is ok but for what it is it costs to much. After getting it we see that we didn’t need to get it. Not worth the cost.

Heavier duty than I anticipated. Had no issues boiling water in a pot and cooking in a Wok on a multi day camping trip.

A nice addition to my tailgate options for warming some side dishes

It’s a grate and it worked like a great grate should. It kept my pot and saucepan above the flames which is what a grate does. It was all shiny as well which is nice because I like shiny things- like big gold bars and shiny Lear jets

We have used the grill a number of times and enjoy it. The SwapTop grate allows us to use a coffee pot or skillet which is a nice addition.

Used this grill the first time this past weekend. Prepared Beef Tenderloin and it was grilled to perfection!!!!! When your guest compliment you well after the meal is served, you know it was done right....

I purchased this to use out on the back deck. We have used it three times so far and I found that It does a great job just by lighting only one of the two burners. Even at the lowest setting the grill seems to be getting too hot. The lid is rather shallow so it seems to trap the heat closer to the food being cooked. This is great to save fuel but leaves the user with less control of the heat. All things considered this is a very minor annoyance. The major flaw in this is the fact that cleaning it is a pain in the butt. I fashioned aluminum foil around the interior and this seems to help to keep the spatters down but be prepared to spend 20 minutes or so just cleaning the grill after each use. There is a griddle accessory which I have not purchased yet but the reviews are less then glowing. it seems that with the griddle in place the lid will not close and too much heat escapes creating long cook times. The griddle has a trough to capture the grease and keeps much of the splatter from contaminating the sides and bottom of the interior. All this is useless if you can't close the lid. I still may purchase the griddle and experiment.
