Simple But Effective

I bought these because I was trying out for a rowing team and I didn't want to lose my sunglasses in the water. One size seems to fit all, and they did the job. The company has a useful website for first-time users like me to figure out how to wear them.

Solid Sunglasses Retainers

fun design and good price ~$9-10. the retainer attaches to the sunglasses temples with a rubber-like attachment. holds on tight but can be a little uncomfortable by my ears.
