Engineered For high warmth in severely cold conditions, this update to one of our most popular insulated Active Jacs, the J130, was designed using feedback from our Carhartt Crew. Every detail has been improved wherever possible to enhance functionality and comfort on the job and off.


Fit and Design:

  • Designed with heavyweight, ring-spun washed cotton duck
  • Quilted lining in sleeves for additional warmth and easy on and off
  • Attached hood with low profile adjustment at hood hem
  • Two lined front pockets, one with pen stall
  • Two inner pockets
  • Pleated elbows and bi-swing back for ease of movement
  • Cordura® reinforcements on sleeve hem and inner rib knit cuff add durability and abrasion resistance to extend the life of your garment
  • Adjustable drawcord bottom hem
  • Carhartt-strong, triple-stitched main seams
  • Branded patch on front pocket to add to your style

Very Good Warm Coat

Coat fits well and is warm. The inside pocket is especially helpful. This is not a "light" jacket but is exactly what I wanted.

You Can't Have To Many Pockets!

Very warm durable jacket. Lots of pockets. Good movement.

The hood is MUCH larger than the other 6 Carhartt jackets I own, same model in different colors and state of wear. If I'm not wearing a ski hat it almost covers my eyes. Great if I'm outdoors wearing a hard hat but I don't do that kind of work anymore. That's the only reason it gets 4 stars.

I like the coat a lot. I dont usually take a jacket/ coat off when i go into a store and carry it, but this one is way to warm to keep on inside.

Great All-around Jacket
