Only Slightly Better Than A Blue Tarp
It works well as just a tarp to keep your rope out of the dirt. The pocket on it isn't too useful because if the rope is in the pocket, you don't have a good way to carry it. A small cinch cord and a loop to carry would make it a decent tarp and carry bag. I'll likely replace it with better products out there, but for the price you can't go wrong.

Great tarp. Folds up really small for travel, or you can roll up your rope and some gear inside if it’s easier. No straps to keep it together though, a bungee or cam strap would be great for that. Durable material. Perfect size for a 60 or 70m rope.
