Happy With Griddle
Very easy assembly, best I have assembled. All the screws and bolts are in individual numbered bags. Took around an hour to assemble and very happy. This is a beast as the griddle is very heavy. Best starter around and heats up quick. Very happy.

Excellent Quality & Value
I’m a long time kamado user that was looking to add the speed and ease of a griddle to my cooking arsenal. My research led me to the Gridiron, and woo boy, does it live up to the early hype it’s received. Solid construction, even heating, easy leveling adjustments, conveniently placed grease trap, folding side tables, and an excellent lid make this unit a no-brainer. Oh, and it looks awesome. It’s hard to see how anyone in the griddle market will find a better option at this price point. Highly recommended.

Great Flat Top Experience
This was my first experience with a flat top grill, just switching over from a traditional 5-burner. Instructions and assembly were a breeze, construction is solid and the ignition/burner knobs are some of the best I’ve used. The combination of a smoker and flat top has been a superior experience in my opinion. The versatility, quality of cooking surface and ease of clean up makes this a wholehearted recommendation.
