Good Quality But Removed Important Things

So I had the one without the wheels and it has slots for the legs/wind shield love it. I thought I'd upgrade to wheels so i didn't have to carry it but the bag with the wheels doesn't have the slots for the legs/wind shield otherwise pretty good quality and sturdy so knocking it down from 5 stars to 3 due that.
