Great, Sturdy Water Bottle

I love the design of the rotera, where you don't need to touch near the spout/where your mouth will go. It makes me feel more confident that dirty hands will not get germs onto the part of my water bottle that I sip from. My only issue is that sometimes it takes some extra grip strength to turn the lid to open it. (One of my roteras opens easily and the other is a little more difficult/requires more strength to open.) It is also a little bulky/heavy, compared to the amount of water it holds, but that's true for most BruMate bottles.This water bottle is also a great option for people who don't want a straw sticking up out of their cup.

Love The Idea But The Straw Is Not Functional

I want to love this as I love the idea of the touchless straw. But I am on my second lid/straw combination and already it is getting tight. Hard to twist to put the straw up and down.

First one I ordered, unable to open and close straw, was replaced easily. I find it difficult, uncomfortable to sip from. Won't reorder.

Faulty Top

This was a replacement top as the first one failed after 6 months. The first time I went to use the new one there was extra movement in the top as you opened the “straw” portion and it whistled when you drank. I debated about reaching out and decided not (the company was very generous to send a complete water bottle replacement when the first top failed.). So the bottle has just sat in my cupboard for the last 6 months. 😞

Disappointed

I love the color of my BRUMATE (Lilac Dusk) and it keeps my water nice and cold. However, the rotating opener to lift the straw is not the easiest to operate and it gets stuck at times. I find that I have to keep the straw up so I can easily take a sip of water especially while driving because it takes two hands to open it. Also the bottle does NOT fit in my car cup holders and I have a fairly new car! Bummer!
