Not Thrilled With The Lid

I have four of your cups now. I just bought another new one today. I love your cups. So we I say this it’s truly out of respect. The lid on this cup is so delicate and difficult to maneuver. Half the time I think it’s locked and it’s not. I can’t get it on correctly. It’s either crooked and I spill everything everywhere. I have tried to love this cup I really have given my best try!! Please help!! Maybe it’s just my cup and I knew a different one, but I’m doubtful that’s the case.
