Race Day Shoes

Bought these for an upcoming half marathon, in my opinion they run small. I’m originally a size 6, had to size up to 7 but the bounce and cushion were perfect!

Good Long Runs

I have only used them for a couple of runs, including two 14 milers. It took a mile or two for my foot to settle in and get comfortable with my gait. I am a heel striker transitioning to a midfoot, once my foot figured out how to do that in this shoe, we were good to go. My legs were not so tired after my longer runs. I will mention that because the shoe is breathable, I had to wear a slightly heavier sock because it is very cold here, but I can see them being perfect in warmer weather.

Arthritic Runner Loves These Shoes

As a new runner with a lot of arthritis, these shoes have helped me level up with joy and without discomfort. The combination of a plate and high stacking are just what I need. I also prefer the sock like upper quite a bit. With true flat feet, my midsole is different and the way these tie (and the “tongue” lies) is very comfortable and secure. Truly love these shoes!

Hooves Lol

I’ve own about 10 pairs of brooks. This look cool but felt like hooves. It might be because. I have an over pronation on left foot though.
