I wanted a shoe that the tongue didn’t move around on, so I asked Brooks what they recommended after telling them that I had been wearing the glycerin stealth fit. They recommended the Glycerin Flex. I bought them. The tongue doesn’t stay in place, but, they are so comfortable that I kept them. The fit is great! I only wish the tongue would stay put!

Perfect Gym Shoes!

I love my Glycerin Flex! I'd been wearing Adrenalines while training for marathons for a couple of years but after a knee injury I switched to strength training with a few treadmill walks through the week and thought these runners might be more suited to my new workouts. They are SO comfortable, lightweight and supportive. And the colour is gorgeous! I could not be happier with them!

These shoes have zero lateral support. The bottom has a lot of cushion and are easy to get on and off. Would not recommend for running. Also worry how they will hold up with the material. I am returning and replacing with tried and true Adrenaline gts.
