Ideal Shoe For Walking And Running.

I've now worn these on short runs, long runs and for 16+ miles walking at Disney World and they are a DREAM. Light enough for a quick run but cushioned enough to pound the pavement, running or walking.

Comfortable And Lightweight

The ghost max 3 sneakers are lightweight, comfortable and give lots of support whether you’re on a treadmill or taking them for a spin outdoors. I have a lot of issues finding shoes that support my feet, since they are slightly wider, but these were just the ticket. Long term, these shoes will definitely last, with one exception, they are white. If you are one that fears white shoes and keeping them clean, have no fear. The fabric was super easy to spot treat and doesn’t crease due to the light mesh material.

The Most Cushion Brooks I’ve Ever Had!

I am a big fan of brooks as my go to running and walking shoe. I don’t pronate so have just wanted cushion in my shoe. I’ve had ghosts and glycerins before but will make the permanent change to ghost max in the future. I had a mother brand of high max cushion shoe but they rubbed my toe box strangely, so will stick with brooks from now on!

Comfy Shoes

The Ghost Max 3 are a good pair of shoes but they do need to be broken in, in my opinion. After a few weeks of wearing the shoes at work and on walks, I can finally say they are comfortable. The first few times I wore these shoes I can honestly say I didn't feel like the shoes had any arch support or were comfortable at all. Now, I can wear them on my 12 hour RN shift and be comfortable walking everywhere. The shoes feel they are true to size even now that I am 15 weeks pregnant and my feet are getting a bit swollen. The shoe design is good but I feel like the fabric used stretches a little bit too much and sometimes can feel my foot slip inside of the shoe, especially when I'm running to get something or when I'm jogging out with the stroller. I have yet to wash the shoes so I am hoping the design and fabric will remain the same after they are washed. I do love that the inside of the shoes are comfy and foamy but wish they had a bit more arch support and memory foam on the inside as to help better when you are jogging or running. Overall, I do love the shoes and will continue to wear them and recommend them. These shoes are not just meant for running but also for nurses on the constant go.

Great Jogging And Walking Shoe

These shoes are so comfortable with great support. They are true to size. Usually I like to wear shoes in a little and walk in them before going on a jog. But I had no problem running a few miles with these the day I got them. The cushion makes them a great standing and walking shoe as well. I love the fresh classy look of them and the fabric. I even convinced my mom to get a pair!
