Long Term Ghost Fan Disappointed Yet Again

I have worn Ghost women’s sneakers for years. I had to return Ghost 17 due to too much cushion and large toebox. I just returned Ghost 18 - the sneaker was too high on the outside ankle and was cutting into my outer right ankle bone. Never had a sneaker do that. Also, it was had too much cushion and height which impacts my knees, low back and makes me walk with instead gait. This is not a shoe for older women and I have worn these for years!!! Please, please bring back Ghost 15 or even 16 with the V2 Loft!!! I see so many people wanting this!!! Unfortunately, too many sneaker companies followed Hoka with cushioning. The truth is Hoka cushioning doesn’t last. Keep true to what you have been noted for for years!!! Brooks Ghost has a stable, reliable following - why change!!

Love This New Design!

I love the newly designed sock-like tongue of the shoe! This part of the shoe could sometimes move around during runs and be uncomfortable and this new design has completely eliminated that. I've run in the Ghost for many years and this is my favorite update! Thanks Brooks!!

My Back Has Never Been Happier

I honestly didn’t expect a pair of tennis shoes to make such a difference, but these have been amazing. I’ve struggled with back pain for a while, and after wearing these, I noticed a huge improvement. I spend a lot of time on my feet, and they provide great support and cushioning without feeling bulky. My back hurts much less at the end of the day, and I can walk or stand for hours without feeling miserable. They’re also comfortable right out of the box, fit true to size, and have held up really well. If you deal with back pain or spend a lot of time on your feet, I can’t recommend these enough!

Knee Pain - Bad Redesign. Bring Back Ghost 16.

The revamped Ghost continue to cause issues. I have worn ghosts since Ghost 4 and have never had an issue. Best shoe ever and I bought 2 pairs a year. But, I haven’t been able to wear them since Ghost 17 and Ghost 18 are just as bad. Wearing 17 and 18 them causes terrible knee pain. Please go back to the Ghost 16 model!

Different Design

Very disappointed. I have never had to “break in” any pair of ghosts I’ve worn. I work for a catering company and am on my feet for hours. My feet hurt so bad! I’ve never had pain from the ghost 15, 16 or 17. I will order the 18 in wide and see if it’s any better.

Tried But Didn’t Work Out

They were fine until I took them off. I’m on my feet all day so I need comfortable shoes. Once I got home, my feet would hurt really badly. Unfortunately, I had to return them. I so desperately wanted them to work because I have had Ghost in the past and they were so much better.

Great Shoe

This is my third pair of ghost shoes. I have tendinitis and have tried just about every other shoe but the ghost has been the best for my problem. I’ll continue to buy Brooks Ghost.

Love The Ghost 18!

Love them, the only issue I have is that the back sometimes folds unto itself when I’m trying to get them on quickly. But they’re super comfy and super spacious.

I’m convinced everyone who enjoys these shoes must have gotten a different pair than I did. By far the must uncomfortable pair of shoes I’ve purchased no cushion at all I walked a couple miles and my feet hurt majority of the way.

This shoes is so comfortable to wear. easy to walk and my feet doesn't hurt. the only reason for the rating is the price. overall love it!!!
