I have been a Brooks fan for over 20 years.....I wear them daily for work as well as running, and I have recommended Brooks to my patients for just as long. I have several different styles that I love, but the Ghost has been my go-to for running for the past 7-8 years. To say that I was disappointed in the changes made with the 17 is an understatement. I do not like how they come up higher on the ankle, the toe box feels narrow, and I feel like there is almost too much cushion from the rearfoot to the midfoot. I had to find a Ghost 16 because I was unable to tolerate the 17 for running. I will wear them at work because they don't seem to bother me as much if I am not running. I sincerely hope the next model returns to be more like the 16 model.

On The Narrow Side
I find these tight across the top of my foot-but I am still breaking them in. Hoping it improves -otherwise I love these.

Keep Shoes The Same😢
They have changed so much from the 14 that they no longer resemble the same ghosts that I love. I have adjusted from 14 to 15 to 16 but now the 17 is almost too much.

Awful Color Combinations
Shoe is ok, color combination awful! Bring back fuschia, teal, purple. Pastel colors awful on black. Returning shoe

Firm And Supportive!
Overall a great shoe! Very supportive and firm. After dealing with some Achilles tendinitis.. this is the only shoe that feels the most supportive during my runs while having minimal to no pain. Love the color and the look of the shoe as well.
